I'd like to see this v2 feature make a re-appearance in v3, and that is when a ticket arrives via email the system can append relevant knowledgebase article links (derived using the IRS technology) to the autoresponder email. A simply on/off switch in the admin cp to control if you want this to happen or not. Thanks |
