What if I want to BCC another staff member? When I click the binocular icon I can lookup address in either "Users" or "Contacts" but there is no option to BCC other staff members. Either we need a third node in the lookup for "Staff" or tell me how to BCC another staff member so they can oversee the communication in this ticket? |
