Custom Fields Tickets -> List -> Ability to sort by custom field columns

I would be really useful to sort Ticket tables by Custom Fields (alphabetically).

Currently, we can only sort Ticket tables by "regular" fields.

Looks like the Kayako team is ignoring all feature requests we are asking for.
Everything is supposed to be added in V4, but there is no ETA for V4

It is sitting in the "main pool" which mean Kayako haven't made a decision either way yet.
