Hi,

We had a department that probably got spammed of over more than thousands of emails. Unfortunately this has caused the database to be extremely huge.

How can we clear this department's tickets to decrease the database size.

if you have experience with mysql, then you can run a query that deletes all tickets from there within the department database. As for those without experience, you can download mysql admin and run it to open the database and delete the tables manually. However, the best recommendation would be to do it in supportsuite, because any linked tables due to the tickets will not be effected with errors.

Delete by ticket id AND/OR department id ?
