The ticket icon in the ticket list already has the ability to preview the ticket. I think it would be nice for a preview of the notes (on mouseover note icon) and to show the current users viewing the ticket on mouseover the lock icon too. I wouldn't think this is terribly difficult to implement. It would be nice to just mouseover a list of tickets lock icons to see whos working on what without going into each ticket and then locking it yourself when you just wanted to see who HAD locked it already. Anyone else interested in something like this? |
