Live Chat Timestamps in chat and chat history

Hi guys,

It would be nice to have timestamps in chat window and chat history. I don't think it's really hard to implement but it would allow supervisors to track reps efficiency.

+1. Would be interested in this also. It would be nice to also see options to add this in the LiveChat, only the History, or both, or none.
