The concept is simple. A true multi-lingual support suite where ANY text entered by the ADMIN can be (or not be) have alternate translations available.

For example, it is very easy now to make the base Support Suite interface multi lingual but if I insert an article (FAQ) in English it is only available in English. I would like to see the option to provide the translation of the same Article (FAQ in my case) for other languages. My install of Support Suite is going to be in 6 languages.

It doesn't do me a lot of good to have just the interface translated with a language pack.

I need to be able to provide translations for EVERYTHING.

* Custom Fields
* Departments
* EVERYTHING

I do not want Kayako to attempt to become a translation tool. I will provide the translation for each language that I need to utilize, I just need a place to enter the translations and for the Support Suite to become Spanish or Chinese when a user selects a different language.

This would be great option!, we will have even more languages in our installation.
