Users User editable field during registration and field diabling on My Account

I want to have a list of fields that should be accessible for users during registration, like "How did you hear about us?" and after registration, when user logins and click to My Account, I want to disable or make invisible those fields. How can I organize that?

Hi there,

Unfortunately this is not possible as standard. However, it may be possible for you to achieve this using the "Custom" type of custom field for User Registration which would involve coding your own HTML to receive input, and likewise in the templates for output.

I have moved your thread to the Feature Requests forum as I think it is a necessary feature.
