Hello, We deal a lot with customer companies having head quarter and subsidiaries. It would be great if you could define in v4 user groups hierarchies so a manager belonging to a user group can see and post any ticket for his user group or any of his child user groups. For posting, having a "on behalf" of dropdown listbox showing the user groups hierarchy from the current user user group could be used (the default selected value being the current user user group) Thanks for considering this feature. |
