Users Users -> Add to more than one group

We have clients with multiple locations. Since we setup each client as a Department, User Group and Group Template to keep the separate for tracking purposes, we currently can not assign a user as a Manager to multiple User Groups.

Basically, we have a client with an office in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Austin and San Antonio. Each office has users assigned to their User Group and there is a manager in each office that can see ALL tickets in that Group.. but there are users in the main Dallas office that would like to see ALL tickets for ALL 5 offices... and since I can't assign the user to multiple groups they have to have 5 different logins to look up tickets... real pain in the butt.

This all goes back to using multi-select lists rather then drop down lists. Using multi-select lists throughout Kayako would eliminate many issues that people have and also eliminate duplicating rules/groups/alerts etc....
