Hi,
I would like it that users can create a ticket (etc.) without supplying an emailadress. At least in the startup period (if not definitively), i'd like to have only ONE username for multiple (or all) users (/ticket creators).
Also, we have very long emailadresses. Many users don't even know their own emailadress. Typically, it will be the same users which would have questions. Thus, typically the users who don't know their own emailadress, will create tickets. I'd like users to be able to use the SupportSuite without having an emailadress. It would lower the barrier to create tickets. Instead of walking (or phoning) to the system operator office, i'd like them to use the SupportSuite system.
So, instead of logging on with an emailadress, i'd like users to be able to log on with an normal username. Can this be implemented, please?
(I think it would be nice if the SupportSuite would be able to function without relying on an emailsystem/emailadresses at all - at least at the user side.)
