V4 Future Request: iPhone View - 15-04-2008, 06:07 PM

I use the PDA view but an iPhone view would be a wonderful addition.

In what way should it be different to PDA view?

the iPhone view would be a little more robust, it could have more of the menu options as for teamwork and knowledge base. in the PDA view I can basically reply to a ticket, with an iPhone view I could add a note, look at the history, etc...
