| Move large tickets requests/emails to a temp dir -

Hi,
I'm having an issue with Kayako lately and would like to make a request.
When customers raise a ticket with a large attachment and there are other large emails/tickets that have not been parsed yet, this causes Kayako to go crazy.
What happen is the parser can not parse all the large emails at once but it tries to.
It would be nice to parse these at separate times or move them to a temp dir until the cur dir is empty and then move them back into the cur dir one at a time. |
