Views for Manger users. - 14-03-2008, 12:44 PM

Hi,

I would like to configure the view of the ticket list for the manger users.

Actually, exists the Last Replier field, and I would like to remove this field on the view and add the date of the ticket field.

Also, change the order of this list view.

It can be possible?

You can configure it under:
Staff CP > Filter Department > Department > Open > Views > View Options > Edit View

Do you mean views for staff in the Staff CP or views for customers in the Support Center?
