When e-mail is ignored, still should be logged - 25-04-2007, 09:25 PM

If a mail pre-parser rule is setup and it is set to ignore the message, when ever this rule is triggered the parser logs should record the message subject/sender and why the message was ignored. As it is now, there is no way to know if a message is being ignored by a parser rule.

Features I need asap:
1) Ticket search in the client portal!
2) Column display in client portal showing clients email address or name
3) Downloads by client
(i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) This would be on top of a "public" download area.
4) Integrated KB image uploads
The ability for staff to upload images with a KB articles.
