This would be huge for us... we use kayako to track things like employee termination. HR logs a ticket and it starts with the first group. It would be great to have 6 checkboxes with note fields, and require the first group fill in each field and click 'submit' or such, at which point it is automatically moved to another department. At each stage there would be escalation if it were not processed in a certain time. The idea would be to have an audit trail at the end that shows which staff member checked off which boxes and confirmed access had been disabled in their department. The various depts we use are local network, infosec/firewall, database access, operating system accounts, physical access etc. Right now each team must reply to the ticket and move it to the next department manually... |
