In WinApp, the staff list view as well as the Monitor Pane shows all activity regardless of the department you belong to.
If i am in sales and i only deal with sales, why should i be shown activity in the monitor pane for departments that dont concern me. The same goes for the staff list on the left.
I would like to group staff so that if i belong to a group, then only staff and activity for my group are displayed. This would aviod cluttering of the monitor pane and provide better segregation for support start and their support responibilities. |
