Feature Request - Groups under Staff

Hello all,

When we have 80 Staff members in the left panel it is difficult to sort who they are.

Would it be possible to include a Group or team separation on the left panel, where each staff assigned to a particular group is posted under that group in the Staff window?

It might also collapse. Where when all are closed except your own group, you only see the group names. then can open or close a group to see and contact those members.
