Hello, I think that the Statuses in LiveResponce need updating. Theres only 4. Maybe a Out for Lunch ect. Like MSN Messenger or see about Custom Statuses.

I would like to see the ability to add custom ones. You would obviously have to set the URL for the live support image to use on the site for each.
