Hi,

I belieave he means having Kayako develop the application for Mac OS X.

I personally do work from my imac, and there is a fast growing demand for more apps compatible with Mac os x. Mac OS X is the operating system for Apple Computers, like Windows XP and Vista are for Microsoft PCs.

So I stand by this topic, I would really like and love this product more if you guys would work twards a Live Response App that I can install on my Mac. Just for clarification you cannot isntalled Windows apps on Macs (.exe) Mac uses other types of file Mac uses .dmg just some extra info for you.

Thanks for reading and I really hope you expand your compatiblity to Mac OS X

I agree entirely with this, I really hope kayako develop a mac application for live response, it is the only thing stopping me from buying the full supportsuite. All my operators use macs.

I don't think there is an easy way to run Windows applications on a Mac. I know you can Multi boot now using BootCamp I think it is called but other than that....

My team are developing an application that covers InstAlert (with ticket list) and WinApp functionality as a FireFox extension so will work on any operating system supporting FireFox. Should have something ready by middle of September.

There is - Parallels and VMWare Fusion do it seamlessly, if not perfectly.

Don't they require you to be running an operating system inside an operating system though?

Ah, not an ideal way to run really. It would just annoy me having to flick between both.

What do you mean "flick between them both"?

Ohhh, I thought it was opening in a window inside the window like VMWare works on Windows when creating a virtual machine...

It can do either, both are brilliantly engineered.

True but I would have to buy a Windows License for that, right?
