I found this question/request Customise WinApp Monitor Pane and would like to also request this same feature. I am planning on rolling out LiveResponse to ~30 people, who work across 4-5 departments. Each department is assigned a site, so I have 4-5 sites, each with a link for "Live Chat" with the departmentID in the URL. I need the ability to restrict what each person sees in the Monitor Pane of LiveResponse to ONLY sites that show live chat links for their department. I believe from Craig's response in the above thread, that this is not currently possible with version "SupportSuite 3.1.1.61 STABLE" of LiveResponse. This is a VERY important feature for me.
