I would like to add National Search Engines (russian) to LiveResponse Client Application and see Icon and colored line when user went from SE. In Russia we havу a lot of SE (Yandex, Rambler,..) and in your program see only Google  |

Indeed, it seems like we need to crowdsource the identification of search engines. I had never heard of Rambler, but it seems to be fairly popular.

"crowdsource" - what you need? I can send to you any info. yandex.ru + ya.ru rambler.ru + r0.ru google.ru + google.com Most popular SE urls in Russia. If you not want add a lot of SE to your soft - you can add feature that user can add SE, which he need, himself: add URL and your soft try to download favicon.ico from site. P.S. And change your forum charset to UTF-8, now it is charset=ISO-8859-1. I not see correct russian words  |

AllMoney.ws: you're doing exactly what we need right now: telling us about the ones we aren't already aware of. Crowdsourcing just means getting you and other people like you to provide data. The forum thread about international breaklines, for example, is us crowdsourcing some breakline data.

AllMoney.ws: Thank you for getting this started, we really needed this and didn't even know it until you spoke up. Everyone else: What about engines besides Russian engines? Like, all I know about for China is Baidu, mostly from Slashdot, and I bet there are others. The more search engines you guys and gals tell us about, the better. |
