If this is a feature already, I haven't figured out how to do it...
In the LiveResponse app for SupportSuite, staff members have the option to click on someone's name and initiate a chat. This is a great feature for instant messaging between our worldwide offices, but I would really like to have the capability to disable user chats. Our policy is likely going to be that there is no chatting between users and staff - only tickets - but the interoffice communication would be fantastic.
