Pause chats

I would like to be able to pause my chats for a few minutes. Every now and then we must reset our wireless router to fix a connection problem, the only problem is that it likes to do that sometimes while we have customers that we are supporting.

Hmm, yea. That would be cool. Maybe have a limit of a set amount of minutes before just going totally offline.
