At present, if you go offline in the SIP phone or the live chat app, the other does not go offline too. In most cases if you're offline using the chat, for example, you probably want to be offline with the SIP phone too; but not always. I suggest that if you go offline in either and you're logged into the other, a message appears asking if you would like to go offline in both.

Yea, although I don't use the SIP Addon other than for testing it for Kayako, this would make much more sense than how it is currently.
