I'd imagine they would like to see a timestamp next to each respose, similar to IM. I'd like that myself, with the option to have it visible or not, if possible. Like this:

In live support chat history I can see the beginning of conversation and duration. Is it possible to add timestamps for every sent phrase.

I would support this...its good to see sometimes how long somone waits for a response whether it be the client waiting or staff waiting...good way to measure customer service.

Anyone know if this has been implemented yet? If so how do I activate it. If it is not implemented then does anyone know how to add code in to add the feature?
