Winapp Proactive Chat Feature Request - 02-10-2007, 11:07 PM

When visitors are on the site and a tech opts to 'proactively chat' with them, we know when they accept the dialogue, but never when they deny it. So - can we have the winapp client tell us when/if the visitor declines the chat request?

Second, a feature to automatically 'proactive chat' after a certain period of time on the site (regardless of the page viewed) would be a nice option as well.

I would agree with this. I think its a great feature request.

Hi,

I don't know if this has been added as a feature yet but it would be great.

I just switched from livePerson and they had the auto chat feature and it worked wonders.

Have a popup appear with customised text asking the visitor if they would like any help etc.

If they accpet it comes through as a chat request.

It hasn't been implemented. I'd imagine earliest it will get implemented is V4.
