I also use trillian. A winner is declared.

At this time we're all using Vista, so this actually is kind of a surprise to me. Superficially it appears to be a good idea, though without actually knowing anything about Win7, honestly I'm uncertain.

I'll get this pointed out to the appropriate staff member, who doesn't typically use the forums.

Well I have to give my vote 100% on this. I bought the Win7 Upgrade 2 weeks ago for an outrages price of 100$.

And its worth every penny !!!

For those not using Win7, it looks like Vista, yes, but its not Vista. The superbar for the first time in a OS and even in a software is not just a stupid nice looks addon like its on a MAC.
Its very, very useful. You will take a week or two until you get used to it, but once you understand it you will love it. It really helps you do work faster and in a more productive way (if the software you use supports Win7 fully, it will use the superbar). You can just hover from window to window without interrupting your current work. The times of minimize and maximize are over.

On browsers sadly only Explorer is using this feature currently but I heard Firefox Beta does as well already and of course version 4 will.

I have to add that LiveResponse should be one of this application that should use the superbar at its fullest. Specially if you have 3 or more chat opens. Great suggestion !!!

Windows Live Messenger makes good use (set status, etc) so yes, would be nice to see it in the WinApp too.
