When InstaAlert is configured to start with Windows, I get the InstaAlert splash screen. I found this behavior annoying, it would be really nice to have an option to disable the InstaAlert splash screen. Best regards, Joannès lokad.com hosted sales forecasting |

I agree, it should be an option in the config. Rich Features I need asap: 1) Ticket search in the client portal! 2) Column display in client portal showing clients email address or name 3) Downloads by client (i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) This would be on top of a "public" download area. 4) Integrated KB image uploads The ability for staff to upload images with a KB articles. Cheers! |

I double, triple agree. No app should do this without a way to turn it off. It's just another form of advertisement. I should be paid to advertise. |
