InstaAlert is a good idea, but a few things might be polished in the product. The tray icon, for example, does not remind at all the eSupport logo. Instead, it's a triangle that looks like the tray icon when "no network connectivity" can be found on Windows XP (and the other hardware-related issues). It would be nice to have something that remind of eSupport. IMO the favicon of eSupport would be better for example. Best regards, Joannès Vermorel lokad.com hosted sales forecasting |
