I posted this in the suggestions forum a few weeks ago: Silent synchronisation I'm a little annoyed that a Kayako developer hasn't even responded to it - I fork out $XXX dollars, this is a tiny feature which would cost them one hour of development - and is a very easy feature to implement. |

I was told by Kayako that every time features are to be added, the developers look over the feature requests forum and decide which features they want to add. I am not sure however how often this happens. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |
