I would love to see something similar to what salesforce.com provides (their pricing is a rip-off!) for sync with outlook. They have the facility to click on an email in outlook and sync it to the web as a "case" ("ticket" in kayako terms). It is also possible to associate/mark for sync and so forth on separate emails/contacts/tasks. It would be great if Supportsuite could offer this maybe in addition to other features of total CRM. Thanks.  |
