Would have to agree, they would be the two of my most wanted features.
The configurable time sync, allowing you to set the number of minutes that it syncs. This would allow people to turn it off or extend the time between syncs if they are on low Internet plans with their Mobile.
Secondly, the Alert for any new tickets found on the Sync. The Alert should be able to play a WAV file, so that we can differentiate the Incoming ticket from the normal SMS / EMail sounds...
