Hello it will be nice if following feature comes in KayakoMobile 1) set a synchronization time for eg. every 15 minutes, i dont want to press the synchronization button manually after every 15 minutes in order to refresh the data 2) set a icon or prgramtab on "today-screen" to show new ticket ->Alert-System BIG THX |

Those would be most excellent additions. I would love to be able to see new tickets on the Today screen. The Precision Group + Holiday schedules, attachable to work and staff schedules + No more HTML parsing bugs |

Would have to agree, they would be the two of my most wanted features. The configurable time sync, allowing you to set the number of minutes that it syncs. This would allow people to turn it off or extend the time between syncs if they are on low Internet plans with their Mobile. Secondly, the Alert for any new tickets found on the Sync. The Alert should be able to play a WAV file, so that we can differentiate the Incoming ticket from the normal SMS / EMail sounds... Regards Bob |
