SupportSuite
List actual last activity - 13-09-2007, 01:03 PM

In SupportSuite when you make a change to a ticket, it will show the last activity as the number of minutes/seconds or hours/minutes, etc.

However, in the KayakoMobile, it shows it as -2h or -3h. It would be better to see it broken down as it is in the SupportSuite application.
