Best way to backup in Plesk

Hello,

I'm running SupportSuite on a shared Linux Plesk enviroment. I do not have SSH access to this account/server.

What is the best way to setup a backup routine for this account and backup SupportSuite so if something went wrong I can painlessly restore it?

Creating a PHP script to do it would be your best way then and running that on a cron.
