How do I run cronjob correctly for Kayako as root user? */15 * * * * /usr/bin/php http://support.domain.com/cron/index.php?_t=parser But it has problem with "?_t=parser" Currently I am using lynx */15 * * * * lynx http://support.domain.com/cron/index.php?_t=parser Please guide |

To run the task as root user you need to SSH to your server using root user access information.
