Hi Guys! Need help on my Kayako Suite installation on RHEL5. During first auto setup, I have errors in inserting of tables. MySQL ver 14.15 Distrib 6.0.8 PHP 5.1.6 Apache 2.2.3 Here's my error Creating table tempfiles: OK Altering table sessions: (# of Queries: 1) Failed Reason: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQl version for the right syntax to use near 'TYPE = NEAR' at line 1 Inserting data into staff: (# of Queries:1) Failed Please help! Thanks! |

That's bizarre. No such text exists in our product. If you would open a support ticket, then I could ask for server access and get an investigation underway. |
