eSupport v2.2 Beta(2) Available

The second beta is now available, it fixes most of the known bugs discovered so far.

The additional pending features will be available in the final beta (Beta3) after which we will release the final version of eSupport.

Changes in Beta2

(*) Optimized a lot of queries (Over 200!)
(*) Fixed overrides.php bug for modernbill installations
(*) Fixed Drop Index error in upgrade file
(*) Changed copyright notice to 2004 in footer
(*) Fixed memory_get_usage error, will only work when $debug=on in pop3pipe.php
(*) Changed some left over instances of SMS Forwarding > SMS Alerts
(*) Fixed IMAP Multiple accounts bug where it would end the script after processing one IMAP account
(*) Fixed login issue where it would auto login anyone

HOW TO UPGRADE FROM v2.2 Beta1:
Just replace all files with the one in archive except for config.php and setup.php

HOW TO UPGRADE FROM v2.x:
1) BACKUP YOUR DATABASE AND FILES IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE THIS ON LIVE INSTALLATION. Remember this is a Beta and Bugs can come up.
2) Shut down your helpdesk, say by renaming the directory so no database queries other than the one by upgrade script can be executed
3) Upload all files in upload_zend directory except for admin/setup.php, admin/config.php, admin/config.shared.php
4) Upload upgrade_v2.x_to_v2.php to admin/ directory and then run it from your web browser, delete once the upgrade process has ended
5) Thats it, you upgraded to v2.2
