The present: Firstly, I would like to apologize for late replies for tickets created this week as everyone has been busy coding to cover up for the delayed release. Once this is finished the time for replies will be back to normal. We have finally been able to close up most of the pending features and plan to launch it at around Sunday Evening/Monday morning. The beta testing will be open and we will not restrict it to any specific customer. I have been trying to hold up this post till I could confirm that we have something in our hand rather than keep our customers lingering on another missed deadline. We have lost some valuable customers during this phase but I strongly believe that everything should be back to normal once we are done with v2.2 release. Some of the clients will receive the alpha copies today but the public beta will be available in members area only untill Late Sunday/Early Monday. The future: Once we are done with v2.2 release it might take upto four to five days for us to get back to the normal support response time of 12 hours max. Once everything is settled and all pending issues cleared we will start working on v3 from where we left.
