Fata Error with our Support Page

I was in the process testing SupportSuite Support Site and I get the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function mcrypt_get_iv_size() in C:\wamp\www\cccweb\support\includes\functions.php on line 3383

Does anyone have any suggestions?

PS - I have no problems accessing the support page on our host machine.

One for the requisites for running SupportSuite is to have the PHP mcrypt (and mbstring) module installed. It looks like you do not.

Where have you installed SupportSuite to?

Supportsuite was installed on the same machine with WAMP.

Can I have a link to a phpinfo() page to check your PHP configuration?

I wish I could, the link can be only accessed internally. That was the only way we could obtain SupportSuite. :-(

As Jamie suggested, make sure your server PHP is compiled with mcrypt support.
