One for the requisites for running SupportSuite is to have the PHP mcrypt (and mbstring) module installed. It looks like you do not. Where have you installed SupportSuite to? -------------------------------------------------------------------

Can I have a link to a phpinfo() page to check your PHP configuration?

I wish I could, the link can be only accessed internally. That was the only way we could obtain SupportSuite. :-( Just in case you're able to access the site: http://ap-ccckts-p01/?phpinfo=1 |

As Jamie suggested, make sure your server PHP is compiled with mcrypt support.
