Hello All, We have just installed LiveResponse and have installed the Client Application on a few pc's with success (with exception of my own). When the client attempts to connect it fails returning the following as an example .... 09/19/2008 10:04:59 Trying to log into account "DEMO" with status 'Online' with URL: ITNU Pty Ltd - Powered by Kayako LiveResponse Help Desk Software 09/19/2008 10:05:01 A communication with the server has failed. Yes, could be a transparent proxy. More common with ISPs providing net access via the mobile networks, though although I have seen some fixed line providers doing it.

I would of thought the HTTP error number would of been enough to go on. They just need make it so your domain never gets a cached version served up to you.
