Hi, We'd enabled LiveSupprt on our kayako installation. All of a sudden the LiveSupport icon disappeared on the Support Center home page and all the other pages where we added the JS that was generated using Tag Generator. What could be the reason? any help? |

When you say "Enabled", how do you mean? You mean you had the module disabled and you enabled it using the setup tool?
