Specifically talking about Liveresponse SupportSuite.
After logging in and receiving notifications of new chats there has been one issue I have not been able to remedy in any form. If a client/applicant/etc. on the other end sends an off line message these messages end up going under [Live Support / Messages/ New message] After clicking this link users may find the messages that were sent off line. This is all fine, but the issue is that there is no way of receiving a notification or creating a link to visit the messages more easily to track them. Anyone know of one?
