koslund,

The link (for end user) is up for me on the west coast of the US and I'm presented with a login if I add the staff path.

Features I need asap:
1) Ticket search in the client portal!
2) Column display in client portal showing clients email address or name
3) Downloads by client
(i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) This would be on top of a "public" download area.
4) Integrated KB image uploads
The ability for staff to upload images with a KB articles.
Cheers!

It seems to load fine for me. I suggest you create an urgent ticket with Kayako support desk. I am sure they will have it soughted out ASAP.

If it is down for you still, I suggest you do a trace route.

Start -> Run -> Type cmd -> Click Ok -> Type tracert tidetechco.helpserve.com

This will help you find out at what point it fails at.

It is quite typical memory usage is high on a web servers with a highly active MySQL server. A good operating system will use all the RAM that is available, and release RAM as and when needed with efficiency - especially where databases are concerned.

It may have simply been down to a routing/ISP issue.

Edit: Kunal, one of our administrators assures me it is normal for the memory usage to be so high.

Ah. Must be the highly active MySQL as you say as I rarely have the memory on my servers go above 60%
