ive been trying to get into my staff side going on a hour now. http://tidetechco.helpserve.com is the end user side and its down also. been trying for 45 mins to get intouch with someone on there online help chat and no answere. is anyone else having this issue? or a number i can call to have them fix it? |

It seems to load fine for me. I suggest you create an urgent ticket with Kayako support desk. I am sure they will have it soughted out ASAP. If it is down for you still, I suggest you do a trace route. Start -> Run -> Type cmd -> Click Ok -> Type tracert tidetechco.helpserve.com This will help you find out at what point it fails at. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

It is quite typical memory usage is high on a web servers with a highly active MySQL server. A good operating system will use all the RAM that is available, and release RAM as and when needed with efficiency - especially where databases are concerned. It may have simply been down to a routing/ISP issue. Edit: Kunal, one of our administrators assures me it is normal for the memory usage to be so high. -------------------------------------------------------------------
