This is just a status update as we have been receiving questions on v2.2 RC1 on our support desk. We have now resolved almost all bugs reported in Beta 3 Issues Thread. There are some minor feature additions like ability to manually assign Time to a staff member under a ticket etc., We are coding both eSupport v3 and LiveResponse v3 (Which is undergoing testing at this point of time) at the same time causing a small delay.
