SupportSuite behind load balancer

Hello,
I installed SupportSuite 3.20.02 on an internal Solaris server that receives
requests by 4 Linux servers (with apache226+mod_proxy)
which in turn receive requests by a ServerIron XL load balancer.
The problem is that SupportSuite doesn't seem to see
all the cookies/HTTP headers it needs: when I'm signed up in the admin
area after almost every click I have to re-authenticate.

I'm sure that the cookies are present because the others sites of mine
work with the same configuration keeping user-sessions intact.

Can anyone help me to understand what's wrong with my setup, please?

I suggest you submit a bug report to Kayako Bug Tracker - Issue List as load balancing should work with any php application as long as the database is constant.

Is it problem with only admin or it is for everyone (client/staff)?

Are you storing sessions in file or in database?
