There was a problem retrieving the XML data from Server: Method Not Implements

We're been running the help desk smoothly for a couple of years (upgrading as and when needed).

Today we started getting the following message popup when we assign tasks or click to via notes:

"There was a problem retrieving the XML data from Server: Method Not Implements"

Any ideas?
