Exclamation Urgent: Piping In Cpanel With Kayako - 25-05-2009, 11:25 PM

I want to pipe so that e-mails to support@mydomain.com turn into support tickets. I looked in the user manual, and I guess it was the directory that keeps screwing it up.

I`m using:
home/mycpanelusername/help/cli/index.php

Index.php is at 775

Now, i keep getting a delivery failure when i e-mail support@mydomain.com, i`m not using mydomain.com, you know i`m using mydomain.com as a example.

So can someone give me a different directory that might work to the file and help me pipe with kayako in Cpanel. Thanks!

I have to have this done by tonight. (Reason not revealed)

also if you have /cli/index.php set to 775 thats wrong it should be 755

also the error message email you sent me shows

pipe to |/home/reidmn/reidmn/public_html/cli/index.php
generated by support@reidm.net
local delivery failed

it has your username reidmn in there twice should only be once so should look like this |/home/reidmn/public_html/cli/index.php
