when I sleep my staff works in another country ... - 17-04-2008, 03:27 PM

This is my problem. I am in A country and my staff in B country

when I am sleeping he is working answering tickets and when I am awake he is sleeping.

Yes the time difference

now Question how do I know that my staff got online on time and got offline as he is supposed to

I am paying him

Is there any way to know that?

Does any body know any other software which can give me more control over staff

No I do not believe this is possible. The closest thing would be to check the Work Summary report. This feature has been requested.

I pay my staff and do not know if they missed a chat request
just turn the computer on and go watch tv

Ok I keep kayako and wait but meanwhile I am curious if any body knows any software for staff management and this sort of things?
I googled but am not sure If I searched for a right keyword

Work summary i would say. That would show all of the actions that a user has taken for a given day. That or you could implement a policy that you need a time log from all of your employees that lists what they did during their shift
